We source our breads, cakes, raw and sweet treats from several local suppliers who bake and deliver daily. We use Kosher bagels that are authentically baked and our fillings, flavours and condiments are real and made fresh daily.
Yelo’s kitchen operates everyday from 4.30am through until 6pm baking fresh goods, preparing delicious seasonal salads and producing a variety of vegan, vegetarian, breakfast, lunch and snack items to cater to all Yelo customers.
Breakfast Wraps, paninis and pastries, tarts and a selection of fresh fruit salad, yoghurt and granola, activated muesli’s and breakfast smoothies are all popular options. As is our famous porridge, served from April-October.
Yelo has a unique variety of breads available in banana, pumpkin, coconut, rustic fruit loaf and a selection of toasts in rye, sourdough, seeded, gluten free and topped with organic preserves, smashed avocado or anything available in the kitchen is an option. Yelo’s croissants are baked fresh each morning and available in almond, traditional or ham & cheese.
For lunch Yelo has a selection of wraps, bagels and rolls each with a wholesome fillings and condiments to suit. Yelo’s famous chicken with banana chutney wrap is an all time favourite, as is the roast vegetable panini with feta, smoked salmon bagel on a kosher health bagel with cream cheese and capers. Something lighter? Zucchini slice, quinoa pumpkin patty, frittata or lunch tarts are all served with a side salad portion of the daily salads.
For something to tide you over until dinner, the spicy falafel wrap, tuna baguette, BLT with avocado or a panko-crumbed chicken brioche will do the trick and if your still hungry, a selection of crunch box raw treats are on display ready to be devoured.
